Invitation to the Group Interview

In this unique segment of our interview process, you'll participate in a group interview alongside other candidates invited to interview for the same position, typically comprising 4-6 individuals. Led by the I Visa and Documents Services LLC leadership team, you'll navigate a series of questions presented in a round-robin format, ensuring each candidate has the chance to address the same inquiries. Following the two-hour session, there will be an opportunity for you to pose any questions you may have to the leadership team.

Skills and Culture Fit Assessment

Following the group interview, we will select finalists to proceed to the next round. Depending on the role, this phase may involve a project or skills assessment. During this stage, you will engage in a one-on-one Zoom call with department managers, providing an opportunity to familiarize yourself with the team leads and supervisors with whom you will collaborate closely.

Decision and Offer (Welcome to your AMAZING future!)

Following the completion of round No. 2 by the finalists, the team leads will convene to deliberate and reach a hiring decision.
