Access and Use of the Service
Mobile Services (if any):
The Service provides certain services that are available via a mobile device (collectively, the "Mobile Services"). If you access the Service through a mobile device, your wireless service carrier may apply standard charges, data rates, and other fees. Additionally, your carrier may prohibit or restrict downloading, installing, or using certain Mobile Services, and not all Mobile Services may work with all carriers or devices. By using the Mobile Services, you agree that we may communicate with you via SMS, MMS, text message, or other electronic means to your mobile device and that we may receive certain information about your Mobile Services usage. If you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number, you must promptly update your account information to ensure that your messages are not sent to the person who acquires your old number.

We are not responsible for any delay due to Immigration department Holidays or non-working conditions or cancellations. The-one-tech shall not be held responsible for the expense and/or delay arising from or in connection with:
- (a) incomplete support application forms
- (b) incorrectly or falsely completed application forms
- inaccurate or incomplete supporting documentation.
Any expense or cost incurred by the client due to these delays or non-issuance shall not be the responsibility of, nor shall any charges be levied upon The-one-tech.
We do not guarantee that all confirmation emails and notification emails will be successfully sent to you, as email delivery is not 100%. You agree to contact our Visa Support Team for any questions if you did not receive your e-Visa. We will not be in charge of any loss/damage arising or will not accept any request for a refund afterwards.
We will try to provide you with accurate information and to ensure that you obtain the visa for your trip for the date required in a timely manner. Nevertheless, all requirements to obtain the visa (including, but not limited to, documentation, fees and time frames) are calculated based on general criteria and can vary according to information provided by you (including, but not limited to, current or previous nationality, residence, gender, age, profession, recent travel and religion). Each country's requirements for passports and visas and related information are established by sovereign nations and are subject to change without notice. While The-one-tech strives to provide current and complete information, The-one-tech cannot and does not guarantee that the information supplied is the most current and complete. The-one-tech is not and shall not be responsible for such information.
Documentation Submission Policy
If you're planning to apply for a visa, it's important to know the requirements and guidelines to ensure that the process goes smoothly. The-one-tech has a list of requisites that you can consult on their website, which need to be met in order to process your visa request.
Upon submitting your visa request(s) to The-one-tech, you will receive an email with the specific conditions of the visa requested, such as the type of visa, destination, and time frame. The-one-tech will only process the visa(s) indicated in your request, and assumes no responsibility for other visas required for your trip that have not been requested or that relate to stops on your trip.
The-one-tech will send an email confirming the receipt of your documents when they reach their offices. This ensures that you know where your documents are at all times. The company reserves the right to refuse to handle any application at any time without providing any reasons. Reasons for refusal may include incomplete documentation, insufficient processing time, and the degree of difficulty in procuring documents due to the purpose of travel.
If you provided an email address, The-one-tech will accept phone orders on the day of placement after emailing you with a 'Confirmation Order Received'. For mail orders, The-one-tech will accept them on the first business day after receipt of the completed forms.
By submitting your request(s) to The-one-tech, you accept the company's terms and conditions.

The technology and software underlying our service, as well as the graphics and content, are protected by copyright law, trademark law, international treaties, and other applicable laws. The-one-tech.com is the sole property of The-one-tech.com and cannot be copied, adapted, published, licensed, distributed, or otherwise reproduced in any manner without our permission. You agree not to copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any right in the software. Unauthorized use, distribution, or copying is unlawful and may result in legal action.
Limitation of Liability
The-one-tech reserves the right to substitute replacement of the documents that had been in The-one-tech’s care and control in lieu of payment. The-one-tech is not responsible for items misplaced, damaged, delayed, or destroyed by a delivery service or issuing authority. Passport covers and other documents, including but not limited to original bank statements and educational and birth certificates, which were not requested for submission by The-one-tech, should be retained by the applicant. The-one-tech accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of such documents.
The-one-tech will not be responsible in any respect or for any amount for loss or delay caused by events that we cannot or do not control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions, or acts or omissions of public authorities (including passport and embassy consular officials).
Nothing in this agreement excludes and/or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability
In no event will our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed one hundred pound sterling (£100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of our service or these terms of service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue the use of the service.
