Refund Policy

If you meet the following conditions, you will receive a full refund for Our Service, and all fees paid will be returned to your account:

  • You have the option to cancel your service request and receive a refund of service fees for any reason before making payments or completing the support application.
  • If you've made payments and it's within 1 hour of your support bookings, or within 30 minutes for urgent support applications, you can cancel your support service request for any reason.
  • If we fail to provide you with support services, you will receive a 100% refund.
  • Refunds for your fees, depending on banking procedures and card issuers, will be processed within 7 days. Your funds will be credited to the account used during the order process as promptly as possible.
  • Please note, there will be an administrative fee of up to $20 for processing refunds. Additionally, payment gateway refund fees may vary and are subject to change. These fees, including those from payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, TrueCommerce, Spreedly, PayUmoney, Visa/Mastercard, and other electronic payment services, will not be reimbursed to customers or merchants.

Note:

  • No refund will be granted once your support application has been generated. After our Service/support Team has got application ID confirmation by the supplier / or respective department/agency for your order, you could not request for cancellation anymore. Once your application/document process / etc order has been sent to your email address, we will be unable to reimburse you the visa/application/service/support, etc fee.
  • After 1 hour of your booking with us for support services.
  • No refund will be granted, once your Visa is sent to your provided email. In case you didn't get an email, please check your spam email folder, or write us back immediately.
  • No refund or cancellation is granted if your application has incorrect details that occurred by your mistake. We strongly recommend you to confirm your travel and personal information prior to departure against your application confirmation letter. We strongly recommend that you check your application, letter documents information with your passport and personal information prior to departure or whatsoever.

Please be aware that the refund process may require 25 to 90 days, or up to 180 days in specific cases, due to payment gateway and banking procedures. Your funds will be credited to the account used during the order process as promptly as possible. If the refund is issued to a Credit/Debit Card account or a Bank account, any associated bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

The refund amount will be determined according to the cancellation policy outlined above, and the funds will be refunded accordingly to the individual who made the payment to us.
